Makeup Of The Day + Outfit Of The Day

hey beauties,

I just got back from a nice walk with my family and my doggie, we're finally getting some summer weather here and I'm making sure to take full advantage of it while it lasts.  Anyway back on task, I've felt so inspired lately to start posting again! I have a ton of ideas for posts AND I will do another Back To School series coming soon.  It'll be a bit late for some of you who start school early but I know that in my province we don't go back till September 9th, so for those of you that are in the same boat I hope it'll be helpful and for those that have started already maybe it can still be helpful as well!

alright enough rambling lets get into today's post!!

today was a day of running errands, I had to get my campus card, some school supplies, the usual. I was really feeling my outfit and thought it'd be cool to show you what makeup I used too.

for my MOTD (makeup of the day), here's all the products I used:

primer: Maybelline Baby Skin
bb cream: I mix Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream in light/medium and Maybelline Dream Bronze BB Cream in medium/deep to create my perfect shade
concealer: Sheer Cover in light/medium
powder: Kimmel Stay Matte Powder in 004 Sandstorm
bronzer: NYC Smooth Skin Pressed Powder in Sunny
blush: Tarte Blush in Classic
highlight: ELF Studio Bronzer in Golden
eye primer: Urban Decay Primer Potion
eyeshadow: Urban Decay Naked Basics
eyeliner: Kat Von D Tattoo Liner in Trooper
mascara: Maybelline Falsies Waterproof in the blackest shade
lipstick: Revlon Lip Butter in Peach Parfait

it seems like a lot of makeup, especially for summer, but with all the cheek products I use a very light hand, also the eye looks is very neutral. If you guys would like a tutorial on this, be sure to let me know!

Update; life, future of the blog

hey beauties!

so its been awhile since I've actually posted on here, yeah I know it's bad.  A lot has happened since I created this blog over a year ago.  I'm graduated high school now and heading to university in the fall which is exciting and scary! So along with the rollercoaster that is life, the blog has been pushed to the back burner for awhile, with senior year being as crazy as it is, blogging became difficult to throw into that mix!

I could see though that there were still some of you that enjoyed and read my posts although they were outdated (and had many spelling mistakes ....).  I'm glad that you hopefully enjoyed it :)

as for the future of the blog? well that is uncertain.  As much as I love blogging and all that, it will be even more difficult to manage as I further my education.  I will try to make a post every now and then but at this time I can't commit to a posting schedule (was I ever really good at committing to a posting schedule? not really ..).

I wish you all luck in continuing your education or whatever you may be doing.
